DPUC Ruling: No layoffs for now. In response to a motion from Attorney General Richard Blumenthal and OCC Attorney Joseph Rosenthal, Commissioner Amalia Vazquez Bzdyra issued a stay of the layoffs which CNG had planned to begin on Monday, November 16th. the stay will remain in effect until the DPUC's final ruling in Docket 09-09-08. Video of the statements by the Attorney General and Attorney Rosenthal will be posted here along with a video (longer version) of Commissioner Bzydera's ruling.
