This is the rescheduled continuation of the hearing of Docket 09-09-08 on the layoff of employees from CNG and SCG. The Union has sought and been denied party status or intervenor status and will not be allowed to cross examine the Company witnesses.
The end time is approximate as the hearing could run longer if testimony is nearly completed by 4 PM or it could end early on this date and be continued if testimony is especially lengthy or if the Company is again ill propared and unable to answer questions from DPUC staff and the OCC.
