According to the Human Resources department, confirmations of benefits elections have been mailed by the Benefits Service Center. You should receive yours shortly. Review it carefully. You can also view your elections online at www.health.benefitcenter.com.

As stated at the January Monthly Membership meeting, you will have a limited time to correct any errors. Corrections can only be made by calling the Benefits Service Center at 1-800-262-2587. They now have accurate information regarding coverage (medical only) of adult children under the age of twenty-six (26).

If you miss the corrections window you must endure an arduous appeal process to make any changes, unless they are triggered by a Qualified Life Event (QLE).
