Joseph Rosenthal, Principal Attorney of the Office of Consumer Counsel, and John Wright, Assistant Attorney General, have filed cogent arguements for the rejection by the DPUC of the CNG/SCG layoffs in the interest of public safety and service reliability. CNG/SCG, on the other hand, continues to repeat the same old vague assurances, reminiscent of Joe Isuzu, many of which cannot pass the straight face test.
