Worker Demonstration 9-10-09
Demonstrating workers heard President Rob Eubanks outline the issue and call upon CNG to stay the layoffs until the matter can be heard by the DPUC. He was followed by Attorney General Richard Blumenthal who called the layoffs an illegal end run around the DPUC Rate Case decision and a threat to public safety and service reliability.
